The advice that you should do at least one thing every day that scares you has been a mantra for me as of late. I’ve said yes, showed up, done work. I’ve been willing to fail, make a fool of myself and pretty much swallow any ego I may have had. What happened? I have had the time of my life. The saying that you are the only one holding yourself back is absolutely true.  Say yes. Show up. Do work. Enjoy life.
